Very quick and easy to deal with. Also not bothersome like other mortgage companies.
Terrible experience! Loan officer insisted on calling every day after o went to work so I was not able to respond until next day. Loan officer would give conflicting info to my realtor making it seem aa if I wasn't sending info promptly. I was not made aware of the steps needed to provide my gift down payment until the day after my original scheduled close. Even though we know at the onset of the loan I would have a gift down payment. NEVER could call and get an answer would have to leave a message and still not be contacted until after I arrived at work. Honestly it was one the worst experience I had

Paddio made our first time home buying process as simple as possible. We weren’t for sure where to start or what to expect but they never left us hanging and were always checking in with us daily giving updates. They provided outstanding service very quickly and I highly recommend them.
Our entire experience with paddio was exceptional. They work quickly and they are very professional. Because of this team , we were able to close just in time before our lease ends . Everything is all connected (insurance etc) and they are the ones doing the heavy lifting. Thank you Paddio for making our dream of homeownership become a reality !!
