There is a wonderful connivence offered by Paddio, they really work around you and your schedule. They reached out via text for important updates and gave us the time to respond when it was best for us! However if we need immediate help they were always just a phone call away. They sent our fur babies personalized gifts which they love! From start to finish we always felt confident knowing Paddio and there wonderful team was in our corner!
