Made the process of buying a place ridiculously easy. I did it entirely from home other than closing and seeing the home. I also don’t remember having to deal with a ton of bots, or be on hold for forever. It was always easy to get a hold of a real person to ask any questions and all of Paddio’s people were patient, understanding, personable, and helpful.
Our Lead Loan Coordinator Crystal Shifflett was also amazing. Crystal was always helpful, ready and willing to do whatever the situation called for. A true professional.
Paddio makes the loan application simple through their online interfaces. Every step of the way their teams members are readily available to field questions and provide updates on the application process. The rates and amounts offered were competitive.
