I cannot stress enough how great the customer service has been or how on top of everything the team is. Everyone I spoke to always had a great attitude, knew exactly what was happening and what we needed next. My fiance and I felt extremely comforted knowing that this team was handling our mortgage!

As a loan officer, she consistently demonstrated availability to address inquiries and provided outstanding service. Notably, Janel even accommodated my request for assistance on a Sunday evening regarding a property. However, it is essential to note that my experience with the real estate agent referred by Paddio, Aspen Webb, was less than satisfactory. Aspen was not responsive to my real estate inquiries, which often took days to respond. Despite this, I must emphasize the unparalleled customer service provided by Janel. Janel is genuinely remarkable. After working with her, I would not work with any other agent on a future loan and will return to request her services.

Not just a loan company but they help with advice along the way aswell!
