Start NowPaddio has made home buying and refinancing a much less stressful task. They make sure to explain each step, check in regularly, and treat you with care and respect. 100% recommend.
Overall process was smooth, but had a small problem at the very last moment, which was taken care by Alex Ringlet, a true professional. If i dint had it, its a straight 10 points.
Paddio is the best! They were in constant contact with us the entire time and made sure we were aware and educated on everything. We were transferred over to another loan officer half way though, but Brian got the job done and was very transparent about the likelihood of the loan going through and how to do it. Would definitely use again!
I have to say from the beginning of the process with Paddio Mortgage was amazing!!! Christopher walked me through the process and everything he explained happen just that way. I was unable to get a USDA loan and Chris and the entire team burned the midnight oil to convert my loan to a FHA loan in record time to ensure I would be able to close on my home on the date I was schedule to close!!! They made the whole experience of obtaining a preapproval to obtaining a mortgage without it being a stressful but a worry free experience. Chris and his team are professional with great personalities. Chris and his team earned my trust from the very beginning and I highly recommend Chris and the Paddio team if you are looking to purchase a home and want a great experience then Chris is the one to get it done!!!
