David and his team were nothing short of amazing. Going with David and Paddio was one of the best decisions I have ever made. They made buying a house one of the easiest things I have ever done. Crystal was just as excited for us buying our first home as my wife and I were. Callie researched the best home owners policy for me after I spent all day researching policies and not only did she find a way better policy, but it was significantly cheaper than what I found myself. It was so nice to sit back and let the experts help me, than for me to struggle through it myself. Such an amazing process. I can't recommend Paddio and David more! Once you go with Paddio and David, you can't go back.
Only thing I can say bad about anything is that everyone needs to communicate more clearly with one another and their clients.

Never want to work with anyone like Lynn again. Never reached out to us to ask just cancelled our home inspection and never called my realtor about my Ernest money just rude to me & my Dad. No thanks

The crew at Paddio that helped us through our new home buying experience made it very easy and painless to get through. They made sure we were comfortable the whole way through and helped clear any minor bumps in the road that came about. Our loan officer checked in with us to see how we were doing, even after the loan closed. We will use Paddio again when we buy our next home.
