I am so pleased with my experience at Paddio, I'm at a loss for words. I was able to find a house, get a loan approval, under contract and close in less than 3 weeks, which was nothing short of a miracle and kept me from being homeless. The team that I worked with was great! They were all caring, understood what I needed, guided me through the process as a first-time home buyer and kept my spirits up. I was a basket case at the beginning of the process and could not have had a bigger smile on my face holding the key to my new house less than 3 weeks later.
