Working with Paddio was not a let down what's so ever. I was really not looking forward on going through the process of buying a home, but the Paddio team did a wonderful job. Kyle who took care of the loan is more then a 10 followed with Hayden the concierge and everyone behind the scenes that worked hard to get my loan approved in a timely manner and a smooth process. Paddio great job having an amazing group of people. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
This was my 1st time buying a home. Nicholas was so patient with me. We got under each other's skin a time or two, but he made it happen for us, and I am forever thankful. If you are thinking about trying to buy a home, hit up Nicholas @ Paddio. We didn't have the best credit, and we didn't need a very big down payment using the FHA loan.
