The home buying experience with Paddio was pleasant and well put together. I was unsure about committing to an all in one package like Paddio, especially being a first time home buyer like myself but they were very understanding and helpful. Paddio is an all around good choice and I would highly recommend considering them as your one stop shop for all your home purchasing needs.
When I got into buying a home I was very skeptical. Not to sound pessimistic, but where you have banks, government and lawyers involved nothing really good can come of it. But, when dealing with the team at Paddio. All the preconceptions I had simply wasn't there. The team at Paddio were professional, responsive and very efficient. I highly recommend using them for your home buying experience.
Closing the loan was not a good experience. We were not given the answers we were asking about. I had to contact another loan company for complete answers. My loan coordinator would not give us complete and through answers as to why there was an issue with closing.

Start NowOverall, I enjoyed working with Paddio as a first time homebuyer. The only thing I wish is that they could’ve provided more assistance regarding your first time homebuyer programs that are provided in our state. Besides that, Devan, Kelsey, and Rain were very wonderful to work with. Paddio also offered assistance regarding mail, moving, utility set up, etc. They were always checking up on us to see if we needed any help or if we had any questions. I would highly recommend Paddio to my friends and family.
I give Paddio A+++. I had no issues at all. Everything was smooth and that is amazing being they are in a different time zone. Very professional and it shows that they know what they are doing and have been doing it for a long time.
