Look, anyone working on this loan will attest; it was a mess because of the appraiser.But aside from that, seriously the most streamlined process, ease of access, easy to provide the documents, superior communication and transparency, phenomenal customer service, warm, friendly employees and LGBTQIA friendly and affirming.I seriously could not ever recommend Paddio more than I do now, and 100% will be using Paddio in the future.You got me into my home, and did it with a smile on our faces despite the appraiser issues. If I could send you a holiday card, I would. From my family to yours, much love and appreciation!

Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to paddio when it comes to funding for home buying. They are a great team and every problem that did come up we all worked together to get it solved.
