I highly recommend Paddio! They have made my first time home buying experience so easy!
Overall I would highly recommend Paddio to my friends and family. The entire experience was clear and easy to understand. I would recommend having the home buying guide earlier in the process. We had researched significantly at that point but it is a great tool for anyone who isn’t as prepped.
I have recommended Paddio to everyone that tells me they're thinking about buying a home. The ease of the process, the accessibility to the dashboard and to-do list, being able to do everything from your phone, every aspect of the process was thorough and seamless. Even my realtor and the closing agent talked about how easy Paddio was to work with from their end. It is definitely the most user-friendly and modern way to get a home loan.

Paddio is definitely recommended by me . They are very professional and know the ins and outs Of the housing market . And explain every scenario From application to close .

And I looked into the company and practically every current and previous employee had nothing but great things to say. So the company is to be praised as well.
