The loan coordinator Halie Brooks was an outstanding person - she did follow up with me throughout the process to ensure that all documents were received. I wanted to highlight that she did a fantastic job with working with me, especially that I was travelling outside of the states that time with 12-hours time difference. Even we had a challenge in time differences and communication, she went above and beyond to ensure the loan document submitted on time.
The Paddio team are awesome. For first time home buyers, they will take the time to help you to understand what you need and where you are. This helped us, they helped with encouraging words and gave us the push when needed. I have already recommended Paddio to family, friends and co-workers. They are an awesome company for anyone to get a mortgage with.
