Communication with Paddio was seamless and transparent which helped me avoid confusion. The loan officer and coordinator were very accommodating of any queries I had during the loan pre-approval and approval process.
My experience with Paddio and the real estate agent was wonder. Could not have asked for a nicer group of people to work with. They made buying a house easy and fun. Would recommend them to anyone .. I could not be happier. Thank you Kevin and Nicole for everything!

Amanda was great and the rest of her team at Paddio as well. From the very beginning she made her presence known and ensured that we knew she was there to answer questions. No matter what the issue is or bad communication with outsiders paddio didn't let me down getting my 1st home I would recommend PADDIO 100 percent great them they have and can't say this enough they have great communication skills.
