Shay and Christian were amazing folks to deal with made the process so easy and stress free. Shay went above and beyond she had done things out realtor was slacking on so we could close. Shay is an amazing person and awesome at her job!!! We will be reaching out to Shay for our next home in a few years.

They helped us in buying our first house and we are forever grateful for them! I will surely recommend Paddio with my friends and family!John did an awesome job in guiding us in purchasing our first home! I am grateful for John’s life as he is a blessing to others just like me and my family. He made our first home purchase as easy as possible. If I could give John a rate of 100, I would! Kyle was the best person to work with over all! I’ve worked with a few lenders and let me tell you Kyle makes you feel comfortable and confident vs other leaders making you feel like you HAVE to get a loan through them. I honestly thought this would be the most stressful but honestly it was 100% stress free! (Sometimes) (the most stressful part was trying to be the best offer in today’s inventory) Over all I would recommend Kyle and the paddio team!

This is a scary process to buy a home. Paddio made the process doable and everything went so smoothly. Even with set backs in finding a home and my father's funeral, if it hadn't been for my paddio team it would have been a nightmare. But they offer excellent service and help with each step. The login was additionally helpful. It made the to do steps so easy. With all the steps needed to purchase a home, having this system was a time saver and made the process easy to understand and complete.
