I want to thank the entire team at paddio. Devan Brower,Rain Randall,the underwriters and especially Bailey Hendrix for making the loan process easy for a senior citizen who is in no way tech savvy. Your patience was very important.
Paddio made our home purchase seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking now or in the near future.
We thought buying a home was going to be hard. But when we went through Paddio from day one it was very easy and comforting to know they had our back when it came to buying a home. So if or when you decide to by your home give Paddio a call and leave it in their hands they got your every step of the way and you'll be glad you did thank you Paddio we love our new home.
You won't be sorry choosing Paddio. So many rules / laws have changed since I bought my last home in 2000 and the process is very complicated. Paddio walked me through the process and basically held my hand from start to finish.
