Listen, you NEED John in your corner when getting a house. One of the most stressful periods of my life and John WANTED to be there for me and my wife. Always available. Answering questions about next steps. Pushing the other parties when needed. John was excellent to us and he will be just as excellent to you. He has CHARACTER and INTEGRITY.
