Sky was absolutely amazing. He was thorough and took his time walking us through the process. My only negative feedback is with regards to loan coordination and closing, which weren't as smooth as working with Sky, but he'd set the bar pretty high.
I had a great experience working with Christopher Haywood and Lynn Bybee. They were very knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire loan process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated their clear communication and guidance at every step. Highly recommend!

Start NowPaddio was really easy to work with, especially since my home purchase was out of state. Everything was handled online, but I still had access to my loan officer and his team. They were quick to respond to my questions and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. They were also helpful in coming up with viable solutions to getting me approved for the loan amount I needed to purchase the house I wanted. Even my real estate agent was impressed and said she would definitely work with them again.

Working with Paddio was a super simple process. Our loan officer Josh was beyond great. He called almost instantly to make sure that I was in good hands after applying to get pre-qualified. I always thought getting a mortgage was daunting but he provided confidence as he walked me through the process.
