We really enjoyed and depended on Alyssa Bigham at Paddio. She was friendly, full of information to keep us informed and on track. Alyssa is super friendly and professional and was fast to reply to our numerous reach outs. We felt assured we were in good hands as we navigated the lending process.

Anyone who is taking about buying a home I will always scream Paddio! This process was so easy and so much less stressful than it could’ve been thanks to everyone’s tireless work to make this happen for me, on my terms.

He was pushy and while responsive in the beginning he was all in all uninformative.
And then he joined forces with Bailey. And that just made more miscommunications and repetitive back and forth.

Reece Crabtree and Lynn Bybee are amazing. They both were very understanding in the trying times of buying the house. They were esome at guiding and keeping everything on track for closing. They helped you understand every situation and always supportive. Buying a house can be very stressful and I will highly recommend both to help you along even when you think you will never reach the finish line.
Made something that's normally not that easy into the easiest best experience I've had 10/10 would recommend.
