Jessye and Bridgette were a rockstar team!! I couldn't ask for two better ladies to handle our loan process. The communication was outstanding, they had an answer for all of our questions and made the process so easy. We couldn't have done it without them!!
Paddio made our home buying experience as perfect as it was. We were very nervous as first time homebuyers, hearing about everyone else’s headaches and how picky their loan companies were and all the hoops they had to jump through. Paddio was the opposite. We spent maybe a total of 10 hours, probably less between the homeownership course, finding documents that needed to be turned in, and signing the papers to keep our process rolling. Very pain free process, and a great team to work with. 10/10!!!
They were responsive and very easy to work with. Came down to the wire on closing paperwork, but in the end we made it with no hiccups. The entire team helped coach me through my first mortgage and were extremely helpful!

Paddio would be highly recommended to any first time home buyers. They give through itemization of things needed and keep you up to date with modern feature vie the web portal.\nFor season buyers thw6 have an amazing team that work day and night on all concerns.
Overall, our experience with Paddio was fair. The one issue that we had was communication toward the latter portion of the loan process. I understand that some of the issues we ran into were unexpected, unique, and out of the control of the loan officers, but the one thing that would have made it easier was communication. Given that my wife and I have careers in medicine and education, communication is top priority. I made a few calls throughout the process and had to wait a few days to get a response. Even when emailing, a quick response of we're looking into it and will get back to you is much easier than being left in the dark. The one additional issue was meeting timelines. One example would be that I felt we all had a good understanding of what the final closing statement requests were and we did not receive the closing statement the night prior to closing as instructed. The next morning, we had to ask for the closing statement and basically push it through. We didn't receive the final document until about 20 minutes before our appointment. Given the time change, this should have been of the utmost priority and sorted out in advance. If having issues, we're always open to a phone call or email and are essentially always available. Some other customers might not be that way, but this left a poor impression at the end and lends some bias in the review. Overall, I felt my questions were answered fully and everyone was very accommodating in the end. The process was easy and the explanations, in the long run, were excellent.
