When purchasing our home, I was first directed to our builders in house lender. When I got in touch with him, he was a complete nightmare. He used a lot of pressure tactics, was not ever available when I reached out, and would talk over me constantly. I reached out to Paddio and the experience was night and day different. Everyone at Paddio felt like family and turned my negative experience around quickly to a positive one. So much so that I would go to my Paddio team to work with my builder and sales agent. They all went out of there way to really give us the best experience possible, which is what me and my family got, the BEST experience. Everyone was great to work with, and I always felt like I was in great hands with Paddio
Every single person I worked with from Paddio was kind, thorough, and quick to respond whenever I had a question- as a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of them. I have already recommended Paddio to people I know because they turned a stressful process into a wholly positive experience.
John and Shelby went beyond expectations. They were patient and kind. We, however, were stressed beyond belief by the underwriters. It was hard to determine what they wanted. Also the same documentation was asked for multiple times.

Paddio was a new experience for us. Straight from the beginning the team members that we worked with (Leah Dolce, Brandon Prall and Crystal Schifflet) and I won't leave out the ones that are in the back drop either, were so helpful and understanding of our needs, concerns, and fears as this was our first time buying a home. I would definetly recommend them to anyone, They are compassionate, excited for you, helpful in any way possible.

Christopher Compton was my loan officer. He was amazing. He made the stress of buying a home into a easy transition. He was personable, polite, and always available. He was able to get me the rate and down to a place I felt comfortable with. He exceeded all expectations. He worked so hard with me! I couldn’t thank him enough for helping me purchase the house of my dreams. From start to close he stayed on top of everything! Hands down best company because it’s amazing people like him representing it. I would use him again and I would recommend him to all. Friendly, kind, smart, and knows what he is doing.
