I was kept on the loop all the time. That's very important specially if you are a newbie like me looking to buy that first home. The process was made very simple on their user friendly website.
Wes was amazing through the all process. He explained everything in detail and was in constant contact. He even took time to talk while he was on vacation! Who does that?

Paddio overall was a decent lender this being our first time buying a home.. I feel like the experience you get depends on the loan officer you are placed with.. ours was not the best experience as we knew more than our loan officer, but we did close!!
