My experience with Padio was as great. Audrey and Ikram render an excellent service.\nHowever the IT department needs to improve.
I was helped through out this process. I really liked the way it was handled.
Although we had some bumps along the rough road, the team at Paddio made up for it at the end. They took care of me and made up for any shortfalls! Life lessons keep coming and we keep learning & improving, If we slip and fall we dust ourselves off and keep going! Thank you so much again, Shawn, Bridgette, and Jason for coming together to take care of my loan and get it closed!

I went through a traditional bank for my first home loan, and it was more or less a nightmare that I was awake through.Paddio and my agent, Tom Brentlinger, made this go around smooth and flawless. He made sure that I was clear on every step we were taking, and guided me through some choices based on what was best for my situation.I will recommend Paddio and Tom to anyone looking to buy a house, first time or not.

Not happy with the underwriter, forgot to add my credit union savings for closing costs! I provided all paperwork. Which made my interest rate go up.
