We chose to use Paddio since a family member had such a good experience with them. One of the best choices we have made was going through Paddio. Shay and her team have been amazing to work with! When/if we buy another house/land we will definitely be using Paddio again!!
I could not do a complete review without adding Matthew in underwriting. He kept everyone informed in what underwriting needed, any changes, additions etc.. I was in real estate before the 08 crash & know how fast a file can crumble. Underwriting was like the “dreaded department “. Not here, not 1 bit. Thank you Matthew!

Paddio provides a solid team of people to help you through the home buying process. Everyone I worked with always seemed genuinely interested in our interests as opposed to just doing a job.
Only complaint was did not receive the down payment amount until late day before closing.
