Adam was amazing. He called every week making sure everything was okay and going smooth. He was such a big help with all the stress, it made the process so much easier! I also want to shout out Crystal Shifflett on all her hard work getting everything done in a timely manner. Adam, Crystal annd Hayden excelled my expectations, and I would recommend them in a heart beat!
I guess the details like, I did not receive access or keys/codes to the property, which is not Paddio's responsibility, but, my escrow close time, my property access and things like a copy of HOA rules and regs were not available or presented prior to closing

The paddio team was hands down the best possible group of people I could have worked with to help me get my dream house. They were all very knowledgeable always quick to respond and every single one of them went the extra mile, even when they didn't have to. With the Paddio team it felt more like i was being helped by a group of my friends, who all wanted to help me succeed, rather than faceless corporate entities.

Start NowBoth Ryan Cronin and Alex Ringling were excellent in the way they help me finance my new home. They always kept me in the know, with the entire process. I didn’t feel pressured or bombarded with request for paperwork. They respected my work schedule, they were kind enough to let me sleep without calling me too early. I work nights and sleep days and they both always kept that in mind when calling me. I really appreciate the care that took and how they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. The entire process could not have gone any smoother. I would highly recommend both of these highly professional people. Thank you so much guys, you made my experience so easy. I appreciate all your hard work.
Overall this was a great experience. I got my home which is the most important part of paddios job. At many times I felt like I had no idea what was to happen next, get sent "urgent documents that have to be signed now" with no text or phone call to let me know about them, estimates of costs that were well outside what was what was discussed without contact to explain them and googled more than I relied on anyone to help us through this. The people are very nice though.
Paddio has made my first time home buying a pleasure. The knowledge, professionalism, and kindness of all the people involved was a great experience. I have recommended Paddio to co-workers and family members. I am now a happy homeowner. Thank you Paddio!
