I highly recommend Paddio, especially as a first time home buyer. The process can seem intimidating and daunting but the Paddio team made my experience seamless and amazing. From qualification to close the entire process took less than 30 days.
If you’re looking to buy, Paddio is the company to go to! My team was so amazing and helpful. And other than my own personal information, I didn’t have to do anything except pick the house for me. They did the rest!! And if you can, request Aly Selsor as your loan officer! She makes you feel like family. As a first time home owner, this process was so easy with Paddio on my side. Will be recommending them to family and friends, and also using them for any future purchases.

I felt like I was not just another number that they were trying to get a sale on, but that they genuinely care and want to see you succeed in buying a home, extremely thankful for John.
I was happy with how proactive the team was at helping navigate issues during the process.I do feel like some more attention to detail in regards to solving problems in a more efficient way and giving me more accurate information would have been better but overall I was pleased with how it turned out.
