The Paddio team made our home buying experience an absolute pleasure! We have nothing but good things to say about this company! From team Nicholas and Nicholas to our realtor Teresa, all were helpful, attentive and such a joy to work with. From start to finish of pre qualifying, viewing, offering, acceptance and closing, all in 30 days. We are in our new home for Christmas and are settled in enough to host family and friends Christmas day. You cannot go wrong choosing Paddio for your home buying needs! BEST team ever!
The staff at paddio as a team works really well together from start to finish. When it finally came time to close I got phone calls from everyone involved.

Start NowI haven't bought a house in over 20 years. Working with Paddio was my first opportunity and the whole process was outstanding. From start to finish they were very attentive. Not sure how many deals get done in less than a month but mine was. They are on it. Then today i come home to a package from Paddio with a very nice picture to hang in our new vacation home!! Top notch from start to finish from everyone involved!!
Overall, I was very impressed with Paddio. They were open and easy to talk with. They answered my questions in a timely way and have been nothing but courteous and helpful from beginning to end. So very grateful that they worked a holiday miracle to get us closed before the holidays, despite being delayed. I highly recommend Paddio and Jacob.
