I cannot say enough about Paddio Words are not enough to describe our experience with this company. Memorable, Outstanding, courteous and exceptional .I would recommend Paddio to everyone I come across who is looking to purchase a home
Justin leaves ALOT to be desired. He was rude and condescending at times. I would have to call him, leave messages, send emails and include Aly just to get a response from him. To be honest his demeanor and disrespectful passive aggressive attitude would have caused me to go with a different lender had it not been for Aly.
The entire process with Paddio has been very positive and beneficial for me and with recommend the Company to anyone and have already done so

Start NowI just recommend always getting a second or even third loan quote for the best deal. Paddio helped me get the best deal possible, which I appreciated. However, I had to give them the competitors' qoute before they were willing to put forth the effort to give me the best possible outcome. It would be nice if you could just get the best possible rate without having to provide another lenders rates.
Definitely enjoyed everyone being so nice and welcoming. Looking forward to doing more business down the road.
I would highly recommend working with Paddio mortgage. They were with us from begining to close almost every day. We felt free to call,message,email at any time. Our questions were met with timeliness and effectiveness. I would use them again. And the Fannie May Homebuyer's course that they offer is a tool you must have. And it is free. The staff at paddio as a team works really well together from start to finish. When it finally came time to close I got phone calls from everyone involved.
While it can be a headache the people involved will do there best to help get you into a place with the best deal possible for you guaranteed.
