Nick Ugolini and Matthew Burton mad my experience the best first home buying experience fun. I felt like I've gained new friends with this process. Any questions I had they were not only answered but They made sure I understood exactly what I was doing. Nick specifically went out of his way multiple times through this process and even worked after hours for my last minute questions . If I called he answered .
This company will not disappoint you. Paddio treats their clients like family. You are not just a person at the other of the phone. Kerry the loan officer made me feel important and heard.

John will go out of his way to break things down as simple as possible to clients to make sure any and all paperwork that needs to be signed or read is understood, especially for first time homebuyers like myself sometimes we struggled to understand some paperwork but John made sure we understood everything! I highly suggest you ask for John Haywood if anyone is looking to buy a home or property, he is easy to talk to and no matter how many questions or calls you may have he is more than happy to help!
