Everything was great only wish there was more comunication with realtor and client ( us ), as explained this was our second experiance with buying home and it wasnt as easy as the first time where what was said was done . Tho nick came back with trying the best to make it work and get some of the money we put back down I had a record of money I was told I get back which I didn't and we did feel like we were too deep in to back out so we just went with whatever it took at the end to close with no option that wouldn't be a major loss for us , this would be avoided if there was a lock on home from the start or explained that things could change for us from the start and not as they where happining alot of clear communication would have help to improve or avoid this issue with future clients .other then this nick is a great person to work with and definitely would recomend.

Nick was available to me anytime that I called. I can leave a message or a text message, and he would answer quickly. when you're on a deadline he makes sure that things get rolling so you can close on time.
