There was a few occasions that I was totally lost in the process. I reached out and I was either told to hold on and I will be contacted later or was never contacted. His communication needs drastic improvement. But this was a fast process and I figured he probably did not have the answer for me that I was seeking. I was frustrated, but we still closed within 30 days.
