Nic loves to be outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his fiancé, step-daughter, and dog. In his free time, Nic likes to play basketball and go on hikes. Nic comes from the service industry, so he is no stranger to giving you five-star service with a smile.

I had some difficulties getting approved for my loan, but Nicholas Ugolini wouldn't quit. I have never had anyone work so hard on my behalf. He kept me updated every step of the way, he notified me immediately of any issues, and he stayed on top of my loan application the entire way. I started out as a co-borrower, but we had to drop the other co-borrower when her credit score tanked, but Nic stay beside me the entire way and helped me to get approved on my own. As long as it took to get everything straightened out, I'm surprised he didn't tell me to find someone else, but he was determined. He did an excellent job. If anyone ever asks me for a home mortgage referral, I'm sending them straight to Paddio and Nicholas Ugolini!

He killed it, very helpful and to the point. He helped answer any questions I had along the way and kept me up to date with what was going on. He always answered when I'd call (even on the weekend) Nick is an exceptional loan officer and I'd recommend him to anyone! Thank you nick!

Nicholas was perfect! And that is not an exaggeration. This is our first experience with a lender and he educated us very well on how the process would go and how interest rates, appraisal, underwriting etc. would impact us. He calculated what each loan type would cost us as well as how different down-payment amounts impacted the monthly rate, to find the best option for us. (Importantly: The rate he estimated for us was completely transparent and was demonstrated in the Loan Estimate; Something other lenders and loan officers failed to do). And when our appraisal came in absurdly low, we planned on walking away. But he was able to find a solution that did not require much extra out-of-pocket for us. This will not be the first house we get a loan on in the near future, so Nic will be the first person we contact for future deals.He was beyond personable, educating, accommodating, and most importantly, Trustworthy! I plan on having a continuing professional relationship with Nicholas!
