Each dream is different, and no two look the same. Nic takes pride in providing education for his clients all while finding the best possible loan program to make their dream come true.
Nic loves to be outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his fiancé, step-daughter, and dog. In his free time, Nic likes to play basketball and go on hikes. Nic comes from the service industry, so he is no stranger to giving you five-star service with a smile.

As stated in the above review Nicholas was on point with everything and had very clear communication. made the whole house buying experience enjoyable. He was able to keep my payments within rage as requested. Anytime I had a question he was extremely quick with a response! Exceeded a rating of 10 in my opinion!!!

Nic made the entire experience absolutely phenomenal! When I first reached out to Paddio, I was terrified that I wouldn’t be able to get a loan, but Nic proved me wrong. He worked tirelessly to get everything done within the short timeframe that I gave him. He was always quick to respond and always answered my questions. No matter how many obstacles we faced, he always found a way to overcome them. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better!
