As a loan officer at Paddio Home Loans, Nic provides his clients with the information necessary to make confident decisions about financing their American dream. Each dream is different, and no two look the same. Nic takes pride in providing education for his clients all while finding the best possible loan program to make their dream come true.
Nic loves to be outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his fiancé, step-daughter, and dog. In his free time, Nic likes to play basketball and go on hikes. Nic comes from the service industry, so he is no stranger to giving you five-star service with a smile.

Nic was more than just a loan officer. We consider him like family now. Nic did everything he could possibly do to get us into our home, and was enthusiastic the whole time. He went well above and beyond. The only thing that could make our time with Nic better, is if we were able to keep in touch. I cannot express how vital Nic was to our experience. Our friends have already heard the praises we have for Nic. Nic definitely deserves a raise...and a corner office with windows.
