Devan and his wife, Casie, live in Ozark, MO with their two little girls - Charlee and Austen with their dog Bud & cat Clover. Devan began his professional career as a firefighter and often cites those experiences as having a great impact on his character and work ethic. In his free time, you’ll find Devan in the garden, working on projects, hunting or fishing, or spending quality time with his family. Devan is very knowledgeable and understands the process of obtaining a home mortgage from start to finish. Whenever there was a stumbling block, Devan was able to overcome and offer alternative solutions. Best of all, there was a closing date up front and despite a few difficulties with my unique financial situation (my name was on certain liabilities, but the liabilities were actually my daugher's), Devan was able to deliver the mortgage on time!

If I could give Devan more than 10 I would do so. He goes over and beyond with everything. He made this process as smooth as it could’ve went.

I would highly recommend Devan to my friends and family, who are interested in buying a home. When I had a question regarding certain paperwork and terminology, Devan took the time to explain it to me because we were first time homebuyers, and we were new to the process.
