Albert has worked in the finance and banking industry for almost a decade, including mortgage support and fraud analysis. His bachelor’s in economics helps him to understand the market and to serve as a strong partner for loan officers and teams at Paddio.

Chad Faith is a Production Trainer at Paddio, where he helps Loan Officers and Loan Specialists grow through impactful training and development. With a background in instructional design and mortgage lending, he creates engaging eLearning experiences, mentors new hires and supports company-wide training initiatives to drive success.

Crystal has experience in many parts of the homebuying process, from closing to title work. As someone who has bought multiple homes across state lines, Crystal also pulls on her personal experience when helping buyers through the process. 

Matt Wright is a Senior Risk Advisor at Paddio. He brings over eight years of experience in the mortgage industry and a passion for problem-solving. After years in underwriting, he stepped into risk advising to make a broader impact across the company and help loan teams overcome complex challenges.

Shiloh has extensive experience with FHA and conventional loans from his time as a senior loan officer and trainer at Paddio. In his current role, he helps new loan officers understand the loan process, from approval to closing, while also coaching and supporting their growth.

Tim Jones has been with the company since 2018, holding multiple roles before becoming a Risk Advisor. Previously, he spent three years in banking, focusing on HELOCs and personal lending. Tim thrives on problem-solving and helping loan teams make informed risk decisions.

Tyler Oswald is a Production Training Team Lead at Paddio, where she’s revamped training to make it more effective and engaging. With a strong background in FHA, Conventional, and USDA home loans, she’s all about equipping loan teams with the tools they need to succeed while keeping things collaborative and aligned with Paddio’s core values.
