Albert has worked in the finance and banking industry for almost a decade, including mortgage support and fraud analysis. His bachelor’s in economics helps him to understand the market and to serve as a strong partner for loan officers and teams at Paddio.

Chad brings his expertise of FHA and Conventional home loans to the team as a loan officer trainer. Before transferring to a trainer, Chad was a loan officer for Paddio. He has successfully earned a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College. Chad is currently in graduate school, pursuing a graduate certificate in instructional design.

Crystal’s experience spans many aspects of the homebuying process, including closing and title work, but perhaps her own personal experience of purchasing several homes across state lines helps her connect with and advocate for homebuyers.

Shiloh's expertise in FHA and conventional loans originates from his roles as a senior loan officer and production trainer at Paddio. Currently, in production, he assists new loan officers with underwriting, closing, coaching, and overall development.

Tyler brings her expertise of FHA, Conventional and USDA home loans to the team rounded out by a bachelor’s degree in marketing with an emphasis on professional sales.
